Delivery & Pick Up Delays

Our delivery partners are currently experiencing significant delays with pick ups, shipments and process scanning due to COVID-19. Your order may be delayed beyond it's original estimated delivery date and parcel scanning between processing steps may also be delayed/missed. 

As we get closer to Christmas these delays will only intensify nationwide due to the increased number of parcels throughout the Australia Post/Courier network.

We recommend placing your order as early as possible in order to ensure it reaches you prior to Christmas. Australia Post have announced Christmas cut off dates of December 13th for standard parcel post delivery to all states other than WA and NT (December 8th for WA and NT). Once an order is dispatched we will not be accepting returns due to shipping delays that are outside of our control.

Once your order is accepted by our delivery partner we are unable to provide any additional information on it's delivery status. Please refer to the tracking information we will have emailed to you upon dispatch or contact the shipping provider directly.
